We may not be allowed to explore the world right now, but a mere quarantine won’t stop these Trolls from rocking out. In this action-packed episode of Cinemaholics, we open with an extended Off-Topics section covering all the latest shows we’ve been watching, including Quibi, for some reason. After a quick PSA, we discuss DreamWorks and Universal’s surprise straight-to-streaming sequel, Trolls: World Tour. Then we slow things way down to discuss Tigertail, a new original Netflix drama starring Tzi Ma. Looking for a weird sci-fi indie starring Jesse Eisenberg and Imogen Poots? Look no further than Vivarium. There’s also Love Wedding Repeat, another new Netflix movie, but this one is a multiverse rom-com starring Sam Claflin and Olivia Munn. Finally, Will Ashton gets a bit serious for our detailed, practical review of Impractical Jokers: The Movie, based on the truTV show.

Theme music: “Trolls Wanna Have Good Times” from the original soundtrack of Trolls: World Tour.

Hi, great episode and love the show!
If I can make some suggestions for episodes, I remember a number of years ago you did a bonus episode where you all recommended movies for each other to watch and then talked about them (if I remember correctly the episode was about The Big Chill, The Conversation and Deathgasm, and another i don’t remember).

Or an episode where you talk about the movies that mean the most to you would be very interesting.

Some movies that I’d love to hear you all talk about would be:
Joan of Arc by Bruno Dumont
Matthias and Maxime by Xavier Dolan
    The Midnight Gospel (on Netflix)
    Monos by Alejandro Landes
or any smaller, non-English stuff much like Bacurau or Slut in a Good Way (which I had a blast watching, so thank you to Sam!)

Anyways, I look forward to the next episode.

Hi, wonderful episode and love the show!

I’d love to hear you all do an episode where you recommend each other movies to watch and discuss them much like an episode a while back where you talked about The Conversation, The Big Chill and Deathgasm, I think. Or an episode where you just talk about the movie that influenced you/mean the most to you/are your favourites.

Would also love to hear your thoughts on some specific movies/TV Shows like
Joan of Arc (the 2019 one)
    Matthias and Maxime
    Monos
    The Midnight Gospel
    La Flor
any smaller, non-English language stuff much like Bacurau or Slut in a Good Way (which was a blast to watch, so thank you to Sam!)

    Love your work!

Hey! We definitely want to do a movie bucket list kind of thing, or movie swap, or whatever we can call it. Thanks for sending us these recommends.
